How to monitor and manage batches
How to open the Batches Monitor
#1. Go to Batches Monitor
#2. You’ll see:
- Batch name: Auto-generated from the Batch rule name
- Orders inside
- Weight and volume
- Thresholds
- ETA
- Status
How to open a batch
Click any batch row.
Inside you will find:
- Summary (Total orders, Current weight, Current Volume)
- Order ID
- Customer
- Company
- Weight
- Volume
- Items
- Created date
- Desired delivery date
- Status
How to use batch actions
#1. Force release
Available when:
- Batch = Collecting
Use this when:
- It’s end-of-day
- You want to ship earlier
- Threshold is not met but shipment must go
- You want to cancel the batch, edit/delete/cancel the batch rule, delete/inactivate carrier method, etc.
#2. Delete batch
Use to completely remove a batch from the system
#3. Change batch status
Allowed transitions only (no backward steps):

Pending → Collecting (automatic)

Collecting → Waiting for delivery (automatic, if conditions are met but delivery date hasn’t arrived)

Collecting → Ready to dispatch (automatic, if batch meets all conditions and delivery date is due or not configured)

Collecting → Forced released (manual, triggered by merchant)

Waiting for delivery → Ready to dispatch (automatic, when delivery date arrives)

Ready to dispatch → Dispatched (manual, triggered by merchant)

Forced released → Dispatched (manual, triggered by merchant)

Dispatched → Delivered (manual, triggered by merchant)
Additionally: Any status (except Dispatched, Delivered, Forced released) → Cancelled (manual, in case of system error or conflict)
