How to use email notifications (WMS alerts)

Email notifications ensure your warehouse or logistics team always stays updated.

Steps

  1. Go to SettingsNotifications
  2. Turn ON the events you want:
  • Batch Updated: Triggered when a new batch is created or its status changes (excluded “Ready to Dispatch”, “Forced Released”, “Cancelled” status). Ensures stakeholders are informed promptly about batching activity.

  • Ready to Dispatch: Triggered when a batch is fully collected and ready for warehouse processing. Helps the warehouse prepare for upcoming fulfillment tasks.

  • Batch Forced Released: Triggered when a batch is manually released despite not meeting batching criteria. Notifies stakeholders so they can monitor this exception.

  • Batch Cancelled: Triggered when a batch is cancelled or cannot continue processing. Alerts management to intervene or review the issue.

  1. Add email recipients
  2. Edit email template (optional)
  3. Click Send test email
  4. Save
