Available question types

1. Single choice questions

  • Customers can select only one answer from the list.
  • Default starts with two options (Option 1, Option 2).
  • Add more with the “+ Add new option” button.
  • Each answer can be linked to specific products or collections.

2. Multiple choice questions

  • Customers can select multiple answers.
  • You can define the number of choices allowed.
  • Each option can be linked to products or collections.

3. Dropdown questions

  • Options are displayed in a dropdown menu.
  • Requires at least 3 answer options.
  • Ideal for questions with many possible answers.
  • Best for: organized selections like “Choose your shoe size.”

4. Slider Questions

  • Customers select a value on a sliding scale.
  • Set minimum and maximum values.
  • Define ranges that link to different products.

5. Free Text Response
