Why do I see a notification saying “invalid token” or why is my feed blank?
This issue occurs when:
- The Instagram source or TikTok source revokes your token.
- Expired access token.
- You may change your access or password.
- Platform policy/security changes.
To resolve this:
- Go to Settings > Instagram connection or TikTok connection.
- Reconnect your invalid account that you want.
Note: Avoid clicking Disconnect as this will remove all current feeds and data.
