Why isn’t my quiz working properly and how can I fix it

If you run into issues, here are common problems and quick fixes:

• Quiz not showing on store: Check that the app is enabled and your quiz status is set to Published.
• Images not uploading: Make sure your files are in supported formats (PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, GIF) and meet the size limits (2MB for most files, 1MB for GIFs).
• Questions not saving: Always click the Save button after editing your quiz.
