Why isn’t my size chart showing on my storefront?

Solution 1:

• Check Appearance > Button type
• If you’ve selected Inline link, verify your App block/ CSS Selector settings
• Compare with the HTML Element by pressing F12 to inspect the page elements
• If you can’t find the correct HTML element, try selecting a different position

Note: Always publish the app and reselect the position after changing your theme.

Solution 2:

• Check Create chart / Edit chart > Step 2: Settings > Advanced Settings
• If you’ve enabled CSS Selector for individual size charts, verify you’ve chosen the correct position for each chart
