Restore the customer’s original email

Since the app temporarily replaces the customer’s email, it is important to restore it after finishing support.

You have two options:

Option A – Restore manually

In every step of the wizard, you’ll see:

  1. Restore Original Email & Finish

Click this to immediately return the customer’s email to normal.

Option B – Let the app restore automatically

If you forget, the app will automatically restore:

  1. After the expiration time you set
  2. Default: 20 minutes

This ensures the customer’s account remains secure even if the merchant forgets to restore it manually.
