4. Offers & upsell

Go to SP COD Order Form & Upsell > Form Builder and open the Offers & upsell tab.

4.1. Quantity offers

Quantity offers let shoppers pick a bundle in the form, such as “Buy 2, save 10%”.

You can add up to 4 offers. For each offer, set:

  • Quantity
  • Discount (%)
  • Label, such as “Buy 2”
  • Badge (optional), such as “Most popular”

The discount is added to the COD order automatically.

4.2. One-click upsell

One-click upsell shows a product offer after the order is placed and before the shopper goes to the confirmation page.

Set up your upsell:

  • Product: choose the product to offer
  • Discount (%)
  • Title
  • Accept and Decline button text
  • Countdown: a timer that shows how long the offer lasts

When the shopper accepts, the product is added to the same order. The app doesn’t create a second order, and the shopper doesn’t fill in the form again.

4.3. Downsell

Downsell shows a last-chance discount when a shopper closes the form without ordering.

  • Turn Downsell on or off
  • Set the Discount (%)
  • Set the Title

The downsell appears at most once per visit.
