Quick Order page

Quick Order page

The Quick Order page is an order form, not a collection. Your B2B customers get every wholesale product in one table — SKU, stock, price, and a quantity box on every row — so they can build a forty-line reorder without opening a single product page.

You’ll find it under Quick order in the app.

Quick Order screen in the app

What your customers get

  • One table, every wholesale product they qualify for. Each variant gets its own row.
  • Search, filter by price type, and sort to find a SKU in seconds.
  • A quantity stepper on every row, and one Add to cart for the whole selection.
  • Volume tiers on the spot — a “3 tiers” badge next to the price opens the full tier table on hover.
  • Bulk ordering by pasting a list of SKUs or uploading a CSV.

Turn on the Quick Order page

  1. In the app, open Quick order.
  2. Switch on the Quick Order page toggle. The badge next to it changes to Enabled.

Your page is now live on your storefront.

View on storefront in the top bar opens the live page in a new tab. It stays disabled while the toggle is off — there’s nothing to view yet.

Add Quick Order to your store menu

Turning the page on doesn’t put a link in your navigation. You add that yourself. The Add to your store menu card gives you the link and the three steps:

  1. Copy the Quick Order link from the card using Copy link.
  2. Go to your store’s Menu settings — the card links straight there.
  3. Open the menu you want the link in, click Add menu item, and paste the link.

Add Quick order page to Shopify store menu

Note: Copy the link from the card rather than typing it. It includes your app proxy path, so a hand-typed guess will send customers to a 404.

Tip: If only some customers buy wholesale, leave the link out of your main menu and email it to your B2B accounts instead. The page still works for anyone with the URL — what they see there is governed by your Access & messages settings.

Preview before you publish

The preview panel on the right runs on demo data and updates as you change settings. Use it to check your work without leaving the app:

  • Guest / Logged in — switch between what a visitor sees and what an eligible customer sees. This is the fastest way to confirm your wholesale prices only appear after login.
  • Mobile / desktop icons — check the table on a phone before your buyers do.
  • No products / Has products — see your empty-state message without having to empty your catalogue.

Products: what appears in the grid

Open the Products tab.

Choose your product source

  • All wholesale products (default)

    • Automatically lists every product from your Active pricing rules — and each customer sees only what they qualify for. Add a rule, and its products appear here on their own. Set a rule to Draft, and its products drop out.
    • Pick this if your Quick Order page should always mirror your wholesale catalogue. It’s the option you never have to maintain.
  • Show your products list

    • You choose the products by hand. Nothing appears unless you put it there.
    • Pick this for a short, curated order form — a seasonal list, a starter pack for new accounts, or your twenty fastest-moving SKUs.

Choose which products appear and how the gird is displayed

Note: Adding a product to your list does not create a wholesale price for it. A product with no matching Active rule shows at its regular retail price. The grid decides what’s listed; your pricing rules decide what it costs.

Search & Filter

  • Show search bar: Adds a search bar so customers can quickly find products in the table. You can customize the placeholder text. The default is “Search by product name or SKU…”
  • Show price type filter: Lets customers filter products by price type. You can rename the filter options, such as “Regular deals” and “Bulk deals.”
  • Show sort by Product name (A-Z / Z-A): Lets customers sort products alphabetically. No additional setup is required.

Grid

  • Page heading: Sets the page title. Default: Quick order.
  • Default quantity for all rows: Sets the starting quantity for every row.
  • Rows per page: Sets how many rows appear on each page.
  • Pre-select all rows: Selects every row when the page loads. Off by default.
  • Show product thumbnails: Displays product images.
  • Show SKU column: Displays product SKUs.
  • Show inventory: Displays available stock. Out-of-stock products cannot be added to the cart.
  • Show add-to-cart icon: Lets customers add an individual row to the cart.
  • After adding to cart: Opens the cart drawer or redirects customers to the cart page. Unsupported themes show a notification instead of the drawer.
  • Show Add to quote button: Displays an Add to quote button. Requires SP Request a Quote.

Customize the grid displayed to buyers

Tip: More columns isn’t better. A buyer reordering the same fifteen SKUs every month wants SKU, price, and a quantity box. Turn off what your customers don’t use.

Bulk order box

Lets customers order many products at once by pasting SKUs or uploading a file. It appears below the grid as Add multiple products, and both methods are on by default.

Turn off either method on its own, or switch off the whole box if your customers order visually.

Allow bulk order

Tip: Leave this on if your customers run their own inventory system. Exporting a reorder list and pasting it in is the single fastest way for them to buy from you.

Access & messages: what guests and empty pages show

Open the Access & messages tab.

Show the product grid to guests before they log in?

Wholesale prices are never shown to guests — that doesn’t change here. What you choose is whether guests see the page at all.

  • Show grid with original prices (default)

    • Guests see the table at your normal retail prices. You can also set a Banner at the top of the page — the default reads “Log in to see your wholesale prices”, which tells the guest exactly why the numbers look ordinary. Leave the field empty to hide the banner.
    • Use this when the Quick Order page doubles as a fast way for anyone to shop.
  • Don’t show the grid — show a message

    • Guests get your message instead of the table. Write it yourself: say what the page is and how to get access.
    • Use this when the product list itself is for approved accounts only.
  • Show grid with prices hidden

    • Guests see the products with Hidden in place of every price, and can’t add anything to the cart.
    • This option needs SP Hide Price & Access Control enabled. Until then it stays greyed out with a link to enable it.
    • Use this when you want buyers to browse your range and ask for access, without publishing your pricing to competitors.

Setup access and messages

Empty state

The message shown when there are no products to list — usually because every rule is in Draft, or because a customer qualifies for nothing. The default reads “No wholesale products are available right now. Please contact us for more information.”

Write something that tells the customer what to do next. A dead end with no instruction is a lost order.

Write a message when there are no products to list

Tip: Check this with the preview panel — switch it to No products rather than waiting to see it live.

Design: match the page to your theme

Open the Design tab. The preview updates as you change anything here.

General

Set the colors for the parts of the table the app draws:

  • Header background and Header text — the table’s column header row.
  • Selected row background — the highlight on a row the customer has ticked.
  • Cart btn background and Cart btn text — the Add to cart button.
  • Match colors with store brand pulls these from your Shopify brand settings in one click. It’s only available if you’ve set brand colours in Shopify — otherwise it stays disabled.

Font

Theme default keeps the page looking like the rest of your store. Change it only if you have a reason to.

Column titles

Show column titles row turns the header row on or off, and you can rename all six: Product, SKU, Price, Qty, Stock, Action.

Rename them to whatever your buyers already say. If your trade customers call it an “Item code”, don’t make them read “SKU”.

Rename the column title

Button labels

Rename the Add to cart button, and the Add to quote button if you have SP Request a Quote. “Add to order” or “Add to my order” often reads better on a B2B order form than the retail default.

Customize Add to cart button

Works with your other Shopplaza apps

SP Request a Quote (RFQ)

Turn on Show add to quote button in the Products tab and the grid gains a quote path next to the cart path:

  • A quote icon in the Action column of every row.
  • An Add to quote (n) button next to Add to cart (n), so a customer can send a whole selection to a quote in one click.

If SP Request a Quote isn’t installed or isn’t enabled, the checkbox stays disabled and the app links you to what’s needed. Install and enable RFQ, then come back and switch it on.

This is the natural home for products a buyer wants a negotiated price on — bigger volumes than your top tier, or a custom configuration.

SP Hide Price & Access Control

Where a Hide Price rule applies, the row shows Hidden in the Price column instead of a number, the row can’t be selected, and there’s no way to add it to the cart. Nobody buys at a price they aren’t allowed to see.

This is also what powers the Show grid with prices hidden option for guests.
