What your customers see

Once a rule is active and the app is enabled, eligible customers will see wholesale prices throughout your store. This page explains exactly where those prices show up and what they look like.

Who sees wholesale prices?

Only logged-in customers who match your rule’s eligibility conditions will see wholesale prices. Everyone else — including guests and logged-out customers — always sees your normal retail prices.

Product page

• Custom price rule: The wholesale price replaces the regular retail price. Customers also see a “You save” message showing how much they’re saving.
• Volume price rule: Customers see a “Buy more, save more” table showing all the tiers and their discounts. The price updates as they change the quantity.

Collection page

Both custom prices and volume prices show the wholesale price in place of the regular retail price on collection pages, so eligible customers see their special price while browsing.

Cart

• Custom price rule: The wholesale price is applied to each line item in the cart.
• Volume price rule: The price updates based on the total quantity of that product in the cart, so the right tier is always applied automatically.

Checkout

Both rule types apply the correct wholesale price at checkout. Customers will also see the discount label you set in Settings (for example, “Wholesale Price”) next to each discounted item.
